Our Annual General Meeting is held to report back on the Society’s last 12 month’s activities and to vote in a new committee to continue on for the next year.

All committee positions will be declared vacant so any financial Society member can stand for a position to help organise the Society for any of the many roles available.

Note: Annual Membership must be paid by this date for the 2023 -24 financial year.

We will also have a visual presentation by a number of our members about some of the exotic places they have been.
