The Macarthur Photographic Society Inc. has general meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month, from February through to November and the year culminates on the second Wednesday in December with our end of year Top Shot night.
The meetings are held at 7.30pm till 10.00pm at the Currans Hill Community Centre, on the corner of Tramway Drive and Currans Hill Drive, Currans Hill NSW 2567.
With doors opening from 7.00pm there is plenty of time to chat with other members before the meeting and also during the supper break in the middle of the meeting. Light refreshments are provided by the club.
The first monthly meeting, on the second Wednesday of the month, is a competition night at which all members are encouraged to participate.
The second monthly meeting, on the fourth Wednesday the month, is a presentation meeting. Guest lecturers present on a particular field of photography such as computer skills, monochrome imagery, sports photography, photojournalism, etc.
The club also has other activities including workshops meetings and photographic walks and excursions.
